Academy Trips 2015

Academy Trips 2015

During 2015 the Academy is offering students the opportunity to experience two different educational residential trips to Europe.

In the Easter holidays 2015, we will be flying to the Alps to spend 8 days on the slopes. We have 4 hours of instruction everyday and one of those days will be skiing on the Milky Way which goes from France to Italy.

We will be staying in a hotel at the foot of the slopes and a short walk to a picturesque village. Evening activities will include bowling, ice-skating and maybe a bit of shopping!

In the first week of the summer holidays 2015. We will be flying to Barcelona and staying on the coast about an hour away from Barcelona. We will be spending a whole day in Barcelona soaking up the culture and looking at the beautiful architecture of Gaudi's unfinished masterpiece Sagrada Familiar and some of his other works. Another art form we will be able to appreciate is the beautiful game! We are taking a tour around the Nou Camp Stadium (Barcelona's Football ground) and then after a little shopping we will get to view a spectacular show - the magic fountain.

The next day we will be driving up the coast to the home of Salvador Dali. Where students will get some free time. We will also get plenty of evening beach action and there are lots of other activities to take part in at the 4* hotel.

Please don't be put off by the cost because the experience will be priceless and there is a great deal of time to pay the full amount.
