Nationwide successfully recruited over 90 apprentices during 2009 and plan on increasing the number they recruit in 2010 to make them the largest provider of apprenticeship opportunities in their industry sector.
Nationwide is the largest independent accident repair group in Europe. They employ 2,500 members of staff and have 73 modern, state-of-the-art bodyshops across England, Scotland and Wales. Our partners for NVQ assessment and off-the-job training include Thatcham, the motor industry research centre and providers of the best training facilities available. All of our apprentices work towards nationally recognised qualifications and are supported by a workplace mentor. Apprentices meet regularly with the Company’s other apprentices to share their experiences and learn from one another.
