Throughout the autumn term the Academy has participated in a number of various sports throughout Tameside, giving children the opportunity to participate and compete against other schools within the Borough.

Success has been enjoyed within the badminton, where the KS3 girls team won the Tameside plate competition! Well done Ladies.  We have also been competing in the ongoing Tameside league, where we had a resounding victory over All Saints, and our recent visit to Two Trees lost 10-8, but the behavior and good sportsmanship of the pupils was recognized by a member of Two Trees staff who commented on the fact the pupils were a “credit to the Academy!”
