BT to open apprenticeships soon
BT's award winning apprenticeship scheme is about to open for another year. All applicants will need to have a minimum of 5 A*-C GCSE's including Maths and English Language. The new telecoms apprenticeships will be for Customer Service Engineers who, once qualified, will have a guaranteed job with BT and work at the forefront of technology and new innovation. Anyone who is interested needs to register their interest at bt4me.co.uk.

Microsoft Partner IT Apprenticeships available now
Also new to the Careersbox library this month are some new case study films from Microsoft's Partner Apprenticeship providers, QA. QA are currently recruiting for IT apprenticeships in a number of locations nationally including London, Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, Stockport, Slough and Reading and again all applicants will need 5 A*-C GCSE's including Maths and English. The SkillAuto 2010/11 competition is now open!
SkillAuto is the skills competition for the motor industry. All automotive technicians and students with less than 3 years’ experience are encouraged to apply, whether they are in full/part-time education or are currently in employment. There are 3 streams to choose from: AutoTech (Light Vehicle), AutoPaint and AutoPanel. To enter the competition visit skillauto.co.uk.
