Following a vigorous application process the first Head Boy and Head Girl of Droylsden Academy have been appointed, along with deputies for each position respectively. Saif Rehan has been appointed Head Boy with Jade Scrivner appointed as Head Girl. Alongside them two Deputies were appointed in the form of Philip Lloyd and Josie Taylor as Deputy Head Boy and Head Girl respectively. Their roles will be to represent the Academy at various events, appoint and lead a group of 15 suitable pupils as Prefects, in addition to being the student voice of the Academy.
