King House are still in the process of choosing a house logo, and house leader Mrs Rayner has extended the deadline for entries to Friday 26^th February 2010. So if you think you have what it takes to design a logo that will be used to represent King House in the Academy then take note that your design must be clear, easy to recognise, have a meaningful link to Martin Luther King and what he stood for and have a predominant colour which will then be used as the colour for the King House. The designer who submits the winning design will be rewarded with a prize of VIVOs!

King House also has a number of vacancies for students interested in representing the house within the Academy. Positions include; Tutorial representatives, House Captain, House Vice Captain, Head of Council, Charities Co-ordinator and Head of Treasurer. If you are interested in any of the above positions the you can apply by submitting a letter of application to Mrs Rayner by Friday 26^th February 2010 including your name, which position you are interested in and stating why you would be suitable for the position.
