On behalf of Droylsden Academy, schoolsPlus+ would like to share the facilities available at the Academy with the wider community; we have a broad range of rooms/spaces available during the evenings, weekends and Academy holidays to host your events, sporting activities, evening classes, parties and functions.
Alongside the hire of the facilities we are able to offer ample on site car parking.

Facilities at the Manor Road site include;
- Academy Hall - with seating up to 200, stage, overhead projector, lighting and sound system facilities, an Ideal space for public meeting, concerts, presentation evening and small theatre productions.
- Sports Pitches - available for sport clubs, football matches and other outdoor activities. * 1
- Gymnasium - available for indoor sports, basketball, netball, badminton, keep fit etc.
- Classrooms - the Academy has many classrooms available for adult education classes, art classes, hobby and craft clubs etc.
- Dance Studio - the Academy has a professionally equipped dance studio with a wall of mirrors, dance bars and dance floor. * 2
- Drama Studio - the studio has been professionally equipped with black walls and appropriate lighting for a drama studio. * 2
* 1 - Due to building of the new Academy the sports fields on the Manor Road Site will not be available until end of 2012.
* 2 - A small changing room and separate washbasin and toilet are available.
