Parents/Carers of Year 7 students should of today received a letter inviting you to a Progress Meeting with your son/daughter’s Subject Teachers on Thursday 30^th June 2011 between 4:00pm – 7:00pm. The purpose of the review is to share your son/daughter’s targets and current progress in their subjects and discuss ways that the Academy can, with your support, work together to ensure your child is on course to achieve his/her potential. You will receive your child’s report when you arrive for your appointments.

Please can you sign and return the slip (a copy is available to download and print below) to confirm your attendance at the review meeting and ask your son/daughter to hand this in at Student Services. Your son/daughter will then book their appointments week beginning 13^th June 2011 and the procedure for this will be explained to them during their Assembly.

Please make sure you return your response slip no later than Monday 13^th June 2011 as we will ask all students to make appointments unless we are instructed otherwise. Appointment slots get booked up quickly but if you are unable to see all of your child’s teachers there will be members of the Senior Management Team available on the evening.
